History Camp
History Camp is a children's program run by the Washington County Historical Society. We teach the traditional skills and crafts that would have been used by people living in and around Washington County. We learn about the ways they lived, worked, and played; especially the Tebbetts family, who, before and during the Civil War, lived in what's now known as the Headquarters House Museum. Our purpose is to get kids passionate about learning history!
For information on participating in History Camp, please contact the Washington County Historical Society office at 479-521-2970. More information is available on the History Camp Facebook page, at WCHS Heritage School.
